Privacy Policy
Effective since 2021
Tubis Technology Inc. (“Tubis Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the operator of tubistech.com and the controller of personal information submitted directly to us through business inquiries. This policy explains how we handle information through the website, inquiries, and our connectivity hardware and digital measurement services. Our products and services are offered only to lawful businesses and their authorized representatives. For privacy matters, contact Tubis Technology Inc., 150 South Los Robles Ave., Suite 830, Pasadena, CA 91101, USA, at inquiry@tubistech.com.
Information handled
Website visits
This deployment is a static informational website. It does not create visitor accounts or run the Click Intelligence service. The website itself does not use advertising cookies or a conversion-tracking pixel. Our hosting and security providers may process standard request and security logs, such as IP address, requested page, date and time, browser and device information, and error or security events, to deliver and protect the site.
Business inquiries
The Work With Us form prepares a message in your email application. The website does not transmit or store the form fields; we receive them only if you choose to send the email. If you contact us, we may handle your name, business name and jurisdiction, job title, business email and phone, requested product or service, intended use, and the correspondence you send. Your email provider may also process that message.
Click Intelligence service data
When the service is made available to a customer, the data processed depends on the customer’s configuration and written service terms. It may include click timestamps, campaign or ad identifiers, click identifiers and URL parameters, the declared next destination URL, referrer, browser and device details, IP address or similar network data, and conversion event identifiers or status. Customers must not send sensitive personal information, account credentials, payment-card data, or data they are not authorized to collect.
How information is used
We use information to respond to business inquiries; evaluate business eligibility; provide, secure, support, and improve our services; measure conversions and identify suspicious or automated activity as configured by the customer; comply with law; and protect our rights and users. We do not use click-event data to create unrelated advertising profiles. Information may come directly from you, from your business, from the browser or device that visits the site, or from a customer’s website or app when that customer uses a service.
Legal bases
Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps requested before entering a contract and performance of our contract with a business; our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries, securing and operating our services, and preventing misuse, balanced against individual rights; compliance with legal obligations; or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for future processing when consent is the basis.
Business customer data and roles
For information submitted directly to us, Tubis Technology determines how it is used to manage the inquiry or business relationship. For click-event information processed through a customer’s account, the customer determines the purposes and means of collection and use, and Tubis Technology acts as the customer’s processor where the law treats it as one. The source of that information is the customer’s website or app, the click interaction, and parameters supplied by the customer or its advertising platform; the service may also generate event identifiers and classifications from those inputs. The customer must give individuals the required notice at or before collection, identify Tubis Technology and its service providers where required, establish a lawful basis, obtain any required consent, and honor individual rights. Where applicable, the customer must provide the notice required for data obtained indirectly. Do not send us data unless you are authorized to do so.
Recipients and international transfers
Recipients may include hosting and infrastructure providers, email and communications providers, security and technical support providers, professional advisers, the relevant business customer for data processed on its behalf, and public authorities or other parties when lawfully required or necessary to protect people, property, or legal rights. The specific providers used for Click Intelligence will be identified in the applicable customer service documentation before service data is processed. Tubis Technology is based in the United States; information may be processed there or in other countries where providers operate. Where a transfer is subject to an applicable legal restriction, we will use a lawful transfer mechanism and provide information about the applicable safeguard and how to obtain a copy on request to inquiry@tubistech.com.
We do not sell personal information for money or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and business-contact information while needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet legal recordkeeping requirements. Customer click-event information is retained only for the period set in the applicable service configuration or written agreement, then deleted or de-identified, subject to legal obligations and routine backup deletion. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to obtain confirmation and access, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, receive or transmit a portable copy, and withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. You may also complain to your local supervisory or data-protection authority. California residents may have additional rights, including rights to know, correct, and delete personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email inquiry@tubistech.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity or authority. If we process information on behalf of a business customer, please direct your request to that customer; we will assist the customer as required by our agreement and law.
Automated analysis, data provision, and children
Click Intelligence may automatically analyze click and conversion signals, including event frequency, timing, repetition, browser or device attributes, and conversion patterns, and label activity as potentially automated, suspicious, or fraudulent. These labels are indicators for a business customer to review, not determinations that a person committed fraud. Tubis Technology does not intend them to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual without meaningful human review. Customers must not use a flag as the sole basis for such a decision. Providing inquiry information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond if you omit the business contact details requested. A customer’s service data is processed only as described in its service agreement and privacy notice. Our services are designed for businesses, not children, and are not offered to individuals under 18.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to Tubis Technology Inc., 150 South Los Robles Ave., Suite 830, Pasadena, CA 91101, or inquiry@tubistech.com.
